‘아티스트 프루프’는 최경주 작가의 프린팅 레이블입니다. 최경주 작가는 서울을 기반으로 다층적인 내면의 구조를 색의 중첩과 정제된 기호를 지닌 레이어로 표현하는 개인작업을 합니다. ‘아티스트 프루프’ 를 통해 작업에서 파생괸 이미지로 다양한 상품과 전시, 혐업 프로젝트를 진행하며 장르 간 경계를 넘나드는 다양한 활동을 하고 있습니다.
‘Artist Proof’ is a print & design label run by an artist, Kyungjoo Choi. The artist, working based in Seoul, embodies multi-layered inner structures in layers of overlapped colours and refined symbols. By experimenting with images she created and crossing the boundaries of art genres, ‘Artist Proof’ has done various projects such as producing items, holding exhibitions, and collaborative art projects. Kyungjoo held her solo exhibition, <Red dots seeping through> at Factory2 (2022) , <Melting Point> at N/A(2021), in Seoul. She also participated in various group exhibitions: Layers and Spaces at MMCA Gwacheon, Korea (2018), Typocraft at Lokal, Finland (2017), and Take Me Home at Platform L, Seoul, Korea (2019).
